We achieved solving these issues by installing a state-of-the-art off-street parking bay, widening the original driveway entrance, and reducing the camber to now provide safe ample parking for several cars. In addition to this, we installed an external all-weather chair lift and a new staircase, allowing our client to journey from their vehicle at street level into the comfort of their hallway with shopping on board, reinstating their independence and providing added safety all day, all year round.

We also installed a light sensor system in the parking bay, steps, and driveway. As an added bonus, a high-charge electric car powerpoint was installed. The installation is finished off with premium permeable SUDS-compliant rustic stone setts to aid the environment.
